The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and Dr. Pitts was professional, attentive, and clearly explained each step of the exam. The store was clean, centrally located, and the technology made my first-ever eye test comfortable and enjoyable. On top of that, I was given a clear summary of my exam results, recommended next steps, and lens/frame suggestions, which made it easy to understand and remember everything afterward. Altogether, it felt like a truly full-service, patient-focused experience.

Dr. Pitts is a very professional and thorough optometrist. I’ve had many eye issues from surgeries, astigmatism, early cataracts and the doctor was very precise in his measurements for my new lenses. Great experience.

This was my second time seeing Dr. Pitts, and once again I had a great experience. He is kind, thorough, and takes the time to answer all of my questions. Decided to check this out close to my work, was super pleasantly surprised. Dr. Pitts and all the staff were super friendly and helpful, explained everything they did very clearly, and were not salesy at all about any products. Overall good vibes and a great experience!

Really great experience overall. Dr. Pitts made me feel comfortable right away and explained everything clearly without dragging it out. The team member who helped with frames was patient and gave honest feedback, and helped me land on the best option with my insurance. I also appreciated that they carry non-Luxottica brands.

Doctor was super friendly, did a great job fitting my contacts, pointed something out I hadn’t noticed before and gave me options. My last place gave me no options. Availability worked great for me, I work from home and prefer to take my appointments during the work day. It’s hard for me to go to appointments outside of the workday because it’s usually so busy around town. The location is super convenient, and there was no wait at all. The front desk ladies were very friendly as well.

Melissa and the entire team were super welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable. The process was super smooth. I love entering a business where majority of the team is POC. 10/10 recommend!

I just had my first eye appointment there and it went very smoothly. The assistants and Dr. Pitts were very calming and friendly. Everyone was very efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Pitts found a brand very similar to my previous brand of contacts and they feel the same if not better. My only recommendation is to go through the big glass door entrance on Franklin Street. It will seem like you are going into the big gallery space but the office is just up the steps and to the left. Very pleasant environment for waiting. Overall highly recommend.

Very clean and friendly staff- Dr Jordan made my son very relax during the eye exam by joking with him but also explaining what he was doing and why. He also joke with the family and just made it a very welcoming and comfortable experience. They have top of the line equipment so its a very thorough exam. I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing an eye dr.

Would recommend Dr Jones to everyone. Take your children here because he is very knowledgeable, calming, very funny, great with kids and adults. I would give 10 stars if I could!

i’ve been a loyalCustomer for at least five years now and it is an amazing place to get glasses, eye health… Great environment. Great custome.. My whole family and extended family get glasses from here.

Dr Jordan is highly knowledgeable & takes the time to explain everything My only recommendation is to cross train the staff to check in & check out the patient so the patient is not waiting needlessly for the one staff member designated (who is on the phone) for patient check out.

Dr Jordan Jones was terrific! I can’t say enough great things about him. He took his time with me. He explained everything and went over all my options. I highly recommend him!!

Dr. Jones is honestly the best. He explains things in a way that actually makes sense, and you can tell he really enjoys what he does. I never feel rushed, and I always leave understanding why something is going on ... not just being told what to do. He’s also super warm and easy to talk to, which makes a big difference. The staff is just as great—friendly and welcoming every time I go in. And I have to mention the glasses… they have such a nice selection of high-end frames you don’t see everywhere. Highly recommend if you want a doctor who takes the time to really explain things and make you feel comfortable.

I have had many eye exams at many different places and none compare to the service, care, attention, knowledge and compassion that Dr. Jordan and team has shown. I love the office. Great designer frame choices. Dr. Jordan will even have you laughing, He is serious , caring, and great chairside personality
